I really can’t believe it’s week 10 already! Karin, Kristen, and I have been training, but we haven’t had time to discuss in depth, and write out summaries. Everyone who is participating is doing an excellent job. We love to see good training.
Now, for this week… Crawl! The standard would be a belly crawl, but get creative with it!
